Born to a Baptist minister and his wife, Ronda’s faith journey has continued through adulthood and she now often celebrates her Christian beliefs by speaking to church groups and at Christian women's events. Simple Faith in Complicated Times Drawing on a wealth of stories in her book, What Southern Women Know About Faith, Ronda shares captivating stories of Southern women who have survived by faith when faith was sometimes all they had. “The faith of my people has always been simple,” Ronda says. “We read the Bible, pray daily, and assemble to worship the Lord in spirit and truth. But simple faith is a sturdy, constant, hard-working faith. Simple faith can prevail through the most complicated times.”

Meeting The Lord at 200 mph These stories and lessons come from Ronda’s experiences on the NASCAR circuit, from both My Life In The Pits and What Southern Women Know About Faith. One of the most powerful stories is of the scripture Dale Earnhardt taped to the dash of his race car on the day he was killed. This presentation is one of Ronda’s most powerful and entertaining.

Following Your Passions To Find God's Will In 2005, Ronda was one of 60 influential Christian women asked to contribute to Katie Brazelton's Praying for Purpose (Zondervan). When given the subject of passion, Ronda wrote, “God knows we are driven by our passions, because He created us to be eager to do what we enjoy to His glory. The desires of our hearts are, quite simply, God's way of giving us a compass for the paths He wants us to take." This presentation works well for conferences and events that are for believers who are seeking growth in their Christian lives.
